To provide operational and administrative support to the CWCRT Program and oversee day-to-day activities of clinicians assigned to the following cities Police Departments: East Palo Alto and Belmont. This position supports the Program Director with mental health program operations, including pre-reviews for uploads, reconciliation, data entry into various systems, monitoring contract requirements, and maintaining compliance binders for programs. Duties include maintaining data, as well as generating and formatting reports and other documents using a full range of computer software skills including spreadsheets, word processing, database management. The Program Coordinator is also responsible for the day-to-day operations of the clinic including purchasing supplies and working with Felton's Operations and Facilities staff.

Specific Responsibilities

Responsible for the site's clinical operations, including staff productivity, maintenance of quality assurance standards, adherence to documentation requirements, and data collection for measured outcomes. Monitor staff performance in relation to client engagement, problem-solve issues, and take timely action to promote accountability for self and others. Manage flow of referrals, intakes, and caseloads. Ensure contract compliance with all funders including submitting required progress reports. Monitor and ensure all clinicians have valid and active clinical licenses, necessary to engage in the practice of therapy in the State of California. Participate in all collaborative meetings with County, Community and Steering Committee stakeholders, as required. Monitor compliance of clinicians providing follow-up interactions with community members. Coordinate with QM Department; Felton Behavioral Operations Team; Program Director, designated Police Departments and BHRS to ensure communication, data, evaluation and Quality Improvement/Assurance needs are met. Support hire, onboarding and training of new hires for selected Police Departments. Ensure with policies and procedures and program guidelines are adhered to, as outlined in the program contract. Facilitate and oversee ongoing training and development needs. Ensure clinicians on the CWCRT team are connected and receiving required supervision towards Licensure. Support clinicians in coordination of time off and provide direct coverage as necessary. Collaborate with Program Director regarding any grievances and program-related concerns. Oversee services to ensure they are delivered in an appropriate manner, and records are maintained in accordance with appropriate standards Coordinate mandatory trainings for CWCRT clinicians. Perform other duties, assigned.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

Master's Degree (or higher) in Social Sciences, Psychology, Counseling Psychology or related field AND current California State Licensure or registered as an associate. Knowledge of crisis management preferred. Strong oral and written communication skills required. Experience using electronic health/medical record systems (e.g. AVATAR/SOARIAN/CIRCE. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Teams, and Zoom. Knowledge of procedures and issues specific to mobile crisis intervention. Ability to develop strong working relationships with community agencies. Experience working in multicultural communities. Establish relationships with psychiatric hospitals, and community resources. Ability to collaborate cooperatively with clinicians, police, and community activists.

Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines. Demonstrated ability managing competing tasks in demanding environments. Flexibility in meeting changing priorities as the work requires. Able to function as part of a clinical team and possess strong people skills.

FLSA Status: Exempt
Salary Range: $130,000 - $140,000 Annually (DOE)
