Program Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Reports to Executive Director

The Program Manager is primarily responsible for leading the Rise & Rebuild program at The Rolla Mission. The Program Manager also coordinates educational, wellness, and enrichment activities for patrons at The Rolla Mission.

Responsibilities Include

? Oversee and facilitate the Rise & Rebuild program at The Rolla Mission

? Teach classes in collaboration with volunteers based on the THRIVE curriculum

? Assist patrons in learning and applying new life skills for personal growth and independence

? Maintain accurate records of program activities, attendance, and outcomes

? Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports to track program KPI's

? Assign chores to patrons and ensure completion

? Work closely with the case management team to coordinate services and support patrons

? Monitor program expenditures in alignment with grant budget

? Purchase approved equipment and supplies needed in alignment with grant budget

? Schedule and organize program-related meetings and events

? Enforce shelter policies, procedures, and guidelines

? Attend networking events to connect with community members and advocates.

Education & Experience

Bachelors degree or 3 years of experience in a related field is preferred.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

? Must have a valid driver's license and daily access to an automobile that is properly licensed/insured.

? Class E drivers license preferred but not required

? CPR and First Aid certificates preferred but not required

? Able to handle crisis situations with a minimum of supervision

? Able to maintain program/client/agency confidentially, and treat each individual with dignity and respect

? Able to set and observe appropriate personal limits and boundaries, especially with respect to shelter guests

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
