PS It Matters is a for-profit business that partners with retailers to create profitable, mission-driven initiatives. Through everyday retail purchases, we help generate donations for local community nonprofits.

Our initiatives are currently successfully deployed in over 2,000 retail locations nationwide. From reusable bags to floral bouquets, we are on a mission to change the world through everyday choices.

We are a company committed to empowering communities by working with grocery retailers to send significant donations to their local nonprofits through the Bags 4 My Cause and Bloomin' 4 Good programs. With each purchase of a reusable bag or floral bouquet at participating grocery retailers, PS It Matters enables our retail partners to send a donation to a chosen local nonprofit for each item purchased. Over the last fourteen years, PS It Matters programs have resulted in over $15 million distributed to more than 46,000 nonprofits across the country!

Job Summary and Responsibilities



PS It Matters is looking for an organized, driven, detailed, and action-oriented Program Manager to join our close-knit team. PS It Matters operates as a highly collaborative environment where Program Managers work to assist retailer clients and local nonprofits in reaching sales expectations and solving problems through proactive communication.

The primary responsibility of this position is working with clients to maximize reusable bag and floral bouquet sales and donations through communication, report analysis, and problem-solving.

On a day-to-day basis, the focus in this position is to ensure both clients and nonprofits have the right tools and information needed to exceed their expectations of reusable bag and floral bouquet sales and donations.

Here's a Taste of What You'll Be Doing



Communicate directly with client leadership, store partners, and local nonprofits via phone and email Manage day-to-day operations of assigned programs Create, analyze, and interpret sales and performance reports Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities to improve sales and engagement Distribute daily and monthly communications to participating nonprofits Research and verify nonprofit eligibility (501(c)(3) status) and contact information Identify database improvement opportunities and collaborate with IT on implementation Support agency-wide initiatives and team goals Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the COO

Passionate about making an impact in communities Highly organized with strong attention to detail Self-motivated and adaptable in a growing and ever-evolving environment Strong customer service skills (phone and email) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively Solutions-based problem solving Works well in a highly collaborative team environment Experience in database management

Education and Experience:



Bachelor's Degree (Required) Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills Computer & Database experience
