Roles & Responsibilities
Foster positive relationships with VP & Exec Director level customers
Work with sales teams to generate new business and work on proposals
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Have experience in any Data Organization - Data Governance, Data Engineering etc
Help clients to implement services and plan projects effectively
Address customer issues with speed and efficiency
Prepare reports on project performance
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
Proven experience as an Engagement Manager
Project management experience
Background in sales and customer service
Proficient in MS Office and project management software
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Customer-oriented approach
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Sharp business acumen
Problem-solving aptitude
