Hands-on Digital Thread / PLM Product Manager with deep experience in managing large PLM transformation initiative for Life sciences, Manufacturing and Electronics / Semicon industries. This role demand strong leadership to run a transformation program, understanding of PLM platform and ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams across strategy, design, org change mgmt. and implementation



Key Responsibilities:



Lead end to end PLM Transformation program, encompassing roadmap definition to architecture, implementation and adoption Own and drive Program planning, governance, Risk Mgmt, and stakeholder mgmt. Collaborate and drive the cross functional teams of the program Define and track KPIs for program success - customer satisfaction, cost, schedule, quality and biz value realization Manage global team while executing program on Agile method




Must-Have Skills:



Strong Program Management background with experience on large PLM transformation program Proven delivery experience on PLM Platforms (PTC/Siemens/Dassault/etc.) Experience in Lifesciences, Manufacturing, Electronics / Semicon Industries Deep understanding of program scheduling, task tracking, and reporting processes. Proven ability to drive cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with UI/UX, engineering, and QA teams in an Agile environment.




Qualifications: Bachelor's in engineering/ Master in Engineering / Master in Computer Science




Salary range: $115,000 - $133,400 a year
