Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to coordinate and oversee multi-family energy retrofitting projects across the state of Georgia. This role requires a strong leader who can manage crews, calculate and track inventory needs, ensure quality control, and interface with high-level stakeholders. The position offers a hybrid work environment with required travel to project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee scheduling of all multi-family energy retrofitting projects statewide Set up and launch jobs throughout the state of Georgia Calculate total project inventory needs and break down inventory requirements per project Prepare and distribute weekly inventory and project status reports Manage field crews and subcontractors to ensure project timelines and performance goals are met Oversee QA/QC (Quality Assurance / Quality Control) for all multi-family work Interface with utilities, implementers, and other high-level decision makers and stakeholders Ensure compliance with program guidelines, safety standards, and contractual requirements Identify risks, resolve issues, and drive projects to successful completion Maintain clear communication between field teams, office staff, and leadership
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar leadership role Strong background in construction, energy efficiency, or multi-family project management preferred Experience managing crews and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously Ability to analyze inventory needs and produce accurate reports Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities Proficiency with scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and reporting systems

Hybrid position: work from home, office, and travel as required Willingness to relocate to Atlanta, Georgia Regular travel to job sites throughout the state
Pay: From $150,000.00 per year
