Program Manager from any high-risk, high-tempo operational industry
(aviation, refinery operations, manufacturing, military logistics, events production, or similar) who can lead complex, multi-team installation programs with precision and structure. You
do not
need a construction background.
We provide full technical training.

What You Will Lead
As a Program Manager, you will oversee multi-trade mechanical and electrical installation work inside
live, operational facilities
. Your role combines:
Operational leadership
Safety oversight
Shift management
Risk control
Schedule and productivity tracking
Client operations coordination
This is a role for someone who can orchestrate teams moving in sync, across day/night shifts, in safety-critical environments.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Execution
Lead mechanical and electrical teams executing installation and retrofit work inside live industrial buildings
Coordinate multiple crews across various shift operations
Maintain steady installation output
Manage space, equipment, lifts, and material logistics in constrained environments
Planning & Scheduling
Break program scope into phases, zones, and shift-level plans
Run
structured shift handover meetings
between day & night shift
Maintain dashboards and KPIs for progress, productivity, and risks
Coordinate shutdown windows and critical-path tasks with client operations
Safety Leadership
Enforce LOTO procedures, work permits, overhead work plans, and FOD control
Lead safety briefings, toolbox talks, and hazard assessments
Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and internal HSE policies
Stakeholder & Client Coordination
Work closely with our Client Operations, Safety, and Area Managers
Communicate changes, blockers, risks, and mitigation plans
Maintain professional relationships across client and contractor teams
Documentation & Control
Maintain all documentation required for daily reporting, shift logs, and incident tracking
Track variances vs plan; escalate early to leadership
Drive risk management discipline through the entire program
You Bring (Ideal Background)
You come from
one of the following types of environments
: Aviation operations (dispatch, ramp, station management, ground ops)
Oil & gas/refinery operations (operations coordinator, turnaround planner, shift supervisor)
Industrial manufacturing (production lead, shift manager, maintenance coordinator)
Military logistics or engineering (operations NCO, logistics officer, technical supervisor)
High-volume warehouse/industrial operations (shift leader, logistics ops manager)
And you have experience with: Leading multi-discipline teams
Operating inside safety-critical environments
Managing shift-based operations and structured handovers
Coordinating work around live operations
Staying calm, structured, and clear under pressure
High accountability and strong command presence
You are
not required
to have: Construction experience
Engineering licenses
Trade qualifications
(We train all technical aspects.)

Remuneration & Package
This role offers a highly competitive compensation package aligned with operational leadership positions across aviation, energy, logistics, and industrial sectors. The total package includes a base salary typically ranging from
$85,000-$115,000
(depending on experience and location), plus paid overtime opportunities during peak project phases. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, travel support when required, structured training, and clear progression into Senior Program Manager roles.
