Orchestrate cross-functional global programs to optimize freight spend, covering system enhancements, third-party partnerships, and operational efficiency.
Develop and execute a strategic roadmap focused on improving invoice accuracy, payment cycle times, and financial accruals.
Align project execution with the wider transportation capabilities roadmap to deliver critical system functionalities.
Establish and govern freight spend KPIs and reporting standards to drive transparency and performance accountability.
Drive accountability and operational excellence across carrier and audit partners by leading performance reviews and strategic alignment initiatives with internal stakeholders.
