As Program Manager II, you will oversee and advance numerous projects, seeing assignments through each phase of delivery. You will focus on implementing new improvement initiatives, identifying issues and solving problems as they arise. A caregiver in this position works a hybrid schedule,

Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

Manage the implementation and maintenance of designated programs. Plan, develop and maintain systems and procedures. Serve as a liaison between department and outside communities. Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department. Participate in budgetary processes. Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines. Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field and three years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems training OR Associate's Degree and five years of experience OR Master's Degree and two years of experience Demonstrated teamwork, leadership, organizational, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills

Physical Requirements:

Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information Ability to travel throughout the hospital system

Pay Range

Minimum hourly: $27.65


Maximum hourly: $42.17
