Overview:

The Program Manager is a key leadership role responsible for day-to-day implementation of Virtuous Boss' The Love Project under the READY4Life grant. This position ensures operational excellence, staff supervision, program fidelity, and participant engagement. The Program Manager works closely with the Project Director, Data Manager, and Finance Officer to align all activities with grant requirements and project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee curriculum delivery, site logistics, and program scheduling across locations. Supervise program staff including facilitators and outreach coordinators to ensure high-quality service delivery. Maintain fidelity to the Love Notes curriculum and ensure adherence to implementation protocols. Collaborate with the Data Manager to ensure accurate participant tracking and performance reporting in compliance with federal guidelines. Engage with school and community partners to support participant recruitment and referral processes. Support budgeting, procurement, and fiscal monitoring alongside the Finance Officer. Implement quality assurance and CQI strategies to ensure continuous improvement. Represent the program at all required OFA-led grantee meetings, including entrance and annual conferences. Submit regular progress updates and contribute to grant reporting and renewal.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in public administration, education, or related field. Minimum 3 years of program management experience, ideally within youth-focused or federally funded programs. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and data systems; familiarity with CQI methods is a plus.

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
