Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a large-scale platform migration program, transitioning a critical book of business from a third-party vendor product to a scalable in-house solution. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with strong cross-functional management, stakeholder alignment, and execution discipline, driving seamless delivery across engineering, product, operations, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Leadership: Own end-to-end migration strategy, execution, and delivery across multiple workstreams -- technology, data, operations, and business.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the central point of accountability bridging Product, Engineering, Architecture, QA, Operations, and Business teams.

Migration Strategy & Governance: Define program roadmap, risk framework, governance model, and clear KPIs for migration success (stability, data integrity, cost efficiency, and customer experience).

Stakeholder Management: Partner with senior business leaders and technology heads to ensure alignment on timelines, dependencies, and business continuity.

Vendor Transition Management: Oversee knowledge transfer, contractual offboarding, and capability ramp-up within in-house teams.

Change Management: Ensure organizational readiness, training, and adoption for the new platform across impacted business functions.

Metrics & Reporting: Track progress through structured dashboards, program-level metrics, and executive reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience managing complex platform or data migrations, ideally from vendor to in-house environments.

Strong background in program governance, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management across technical and business domains.

Excellent understanding of software engineering and data ecosystem fundamentals (cloud platforms, APIs, integration patterns, data migration best practices).

Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across senior leadership and delivery teams.

Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, or MS Project.

PMP / SAFe / Agile certification preferred.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The salary for this position ranges from $100k/year in our lowest geographic market up to $120k/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Other forms of compensation are offered in the form of medical, vision, and dental benefits.
