Seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong expertise in

Oracle CC&B (Customer Care & Billing)

and a solid

testing/QA background

. The role involves leading large-scale utility transformation programs, managing end-to-end delivery, and ensuring quality across CC&B implementations and upgrades. Candidate should have deep understanding of utility customer operations, billing, meter-to-cash processes, and system integrations.

Responsibilities:


Lead and manage CC&B programs across planning, execution, delivery, and stakeholder management.
Oversee functional and technical teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Drive test strategy, UAT planning, defect management, and overall program quality.
Coordinate with utility business teams on customer service, billing, and M2C processes.
Manage risks, timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and utility industry standards.

Requirements:


15+ years in utility domain with strong CC&B functional expertise.
Proven program/project management experience in large enterprise implementations.
Strong knowledge of billing, customer care, payments, meter management, and CIS workflows.
Hands-on experience with testing frameworks, UAT cycles, and QA governance.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
