Responsibilities



Lead the planning and execution of multiple projects while ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. Utilize change management techniques to navigate transitions smoothly and effectively. Oversee program design and development, ensuring all requirements are gathered and analyzed thoroughly. Facilitate meetings to drive discussions, resolve conflicts, and keep stakeholders informed on project progress. Implement project management methodologies such as PMBOK and Agile to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and develop strategies for resolution. Manage project schedules using tools like Microsoft Project, Trello, or Jira to track progress and deliverables. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality management throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements



Proven experience in program management with a strong understanding of project management lifecycle principles. Demonstrated ability in team management, including supervising diverse groups towards common goals. Proficiency in project portfolio management tools such as Confluence, Basecamp, or Smartsheet. Strong analytical skills for data collection and analysis; experience with data analysis tools is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively. Familiarity with budgeting practices, cost control measures, and earned value management techniques. Experience with vendor management and negotiation processes to ensure optimal partnerships. Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $85,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
