Are you passionate about storytelling, community building, and driving innovation? Trissential is hiring a Program Manager to join our client's team and lead the internal AI community. Your Role & Responsibilities

Build and sustain Copilot Champion and AI Ambassador networks Organize and manage logistics for AI community events, training, and demo series Capture and share success stories ("hero stories") through posts, videos, and internal showcases Develop compelling content including newsletters, short videos, and internal communications Coach leaders and champions to activate AI adoption within their teams Moderate forums, respond to feedback, and surface emerging needs Track adoption barriers and escalate issues to program leadership Use tools like SharePoint to publish content and manage communications

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

10+ years of experience in program management, internal communications, or community engagement Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Comfortable working independently and managing ambiguity AI-curious mindset with a passion for innovation and storytelling

Bonus Points If You Have

Background in marketing, communications, or employee engagement Experience with SharePoint, Teams, or other internal collaboration tools Familiarity with AI tools or platforms (Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) Prior experience organizing hackathons, demo days, or internal showcases

Education & Certifications You Need

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field Certifications in Project Management or Communications are a plus
