Program Management Specialist
The Opportunity:

We're looking for a Project Management Specialist with strong project management experience and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a very fast-paced and dynamic environment.
As the Project Management Specialist, you will be responsible for all aspects of project delivery, from requirements and planning to execution and closure. This role involves managing project scope, schedule, and budget ensuring timely delivery within constraints. You will be the primary liaison between the client and the program office and will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with all project stakeholders, leading and driving a cross functional team, effectively communicating project status, risks, and issues, and managing stakeholder expectations.

You Have:

• 3+ years of experience with DoD program management or acquisition
• Experience managing a team of people
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with a Navy Program Office
• Experience with C-5ISRT or OTH-T systems
• Possession of excellent writing skills, for products such as point papers, decision briefs, program analyses, general training materials, and program overviews
• Possession of excellent communication, detail-oriented, collaboration, and time management skills
• TS/SCI clearance
• PMP Certification

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
