is in search of the B.E.S.T. candidates to fill a position of

Program Enrollment Assistant

in our front office.

In this position you will work directly with the Program Director to communicate renewals for existing karate students, manage incoming program leads, organize and track equipment / Pro Shop sales, strategize program growth through marketing efforts. The successful Assistant is reliable, enthusiastic, patient, and enjoys being an important part of an active and engaging program for martial artists of all ages. Required Qualifications:

Ability to pass Wisconsin Background Check Enthusiastic, positive attitude Enjoy meeting new customers

Duties include:

Engage with students and parents to answer questions about program options Use marketing software to follow up with interested customer leads Organize and track sales of martial arts gear / accessories in our Pro Shop Support the Program Director through communications with students and families Attend paid training sessions Maintain school cleanliness and organization

Hours

Monday - Thursday & Saturday Morning 3:00pm - 7:30pm (M-Th) 9:45am - 1:00pm (Sat)

Wage

$16-$20/hr.
