Daycare Director
to lead and oversee the daily operations of our childcare center. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who is passionate about early childhood education and creating a nurturing, educational environment for young children.Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise all aspects of daily daycare operations. Ensure a safe, stimulating, and developmentally appropriate environment for children. Lead, support, and evaluate a team of 15 or more teaching and support staff. Foster effective communication with parents and guardians. Uphold and promote the positive reputation and values of the Center. Maintain compliance with state and local childcare regulations and licensing standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience in management and supervision of
15 or more staff members
.Bachelor's degree or higher
in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Educational Leadership, or a related field. Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
