We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Program Director

to lead our residential programs with vision, integrity, and compassion. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, expanding our client base, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with DDA and Medicaid standards. The Program Director will provide strategic leadership to staff, drive continuous improvement, and cultivate relationships with stakeholders to elevate the quality and reach of our services.

weekly travel to Eastern Shore homes

Key Responsibilities

Lead Marketing initiative to increase client base Develop and implement strategies to increase client enrollment and visibility Maintain strong relationships with families, case managers, and regulatory bodies Oversee daily operations of DDA-certified residential programs across multiple sites Ensure compliance with state, federal, and organizational standards, including DDA and Medicaid billing Lead recruitment, training, and development of program staff Manage program budgets, monitor expenditures, and optimize resource allocation Monitor program outcomes and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders Drive process improvements to enhance service delivery and resident satisfaction Represent Telecare's mission and values in all interactions and decision-making

Qualifications

Proven leadership in program management, preferably within DDA or healthcare settings Demonstrated success navigating DDA regulations and Medicaid billing Strong skills in team management, conflict resolution, and staff development Experience with operational planning and oversight Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Psychology, or related field (Master's preferred) Proficiency in relevant software platforms and reporting tools Ability to travel weekly to Eastern Shore locations

Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
