Program Director
Job Description
Championship Martial Arts is looking for a friendly, motivated, self-driven individual with the willingness and eagerness to learn! Having grown quickly over the past few years, we are looking to add a hard-working, dedicated and ambitious Program Director to our team in the North San Antonio metro area.
As Program Director, you'll be a part of a team that is passionate about helping people, and you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with our current and future members. Major responsibilities include but are not limited to scheduling appointments, conducting one on one introductory classes, enrolling and renewing students, general customer service functions, running special events, marketing, tracking performance KPIs and meeting company revenue and enrollment goals. Position can be full or part time.

Qualifications:
1+ years experience in customer service industry Experience teaching martial arts a plus, but not required
