Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Director to lead and oversee the development, implementation, and management of innovative programs serving individuals with developmental disabilities. In this pivotal role, you will champion program excellence, foster meaningful relationships with community partners, and ensure that services are delivered with compassion, professionalism, and efficiency. Responsibilities



Lead the planning, development, and evaluation of programs tailored to meet the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring alignment with organizational mission and community standards. Supervise and mentor program staff, including social workers, behavioral health specialists, and administrative personnel, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment. Cultivate strong relationships with community partners, service providers, families, and stakeholders to enhance program reach and impact. Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple programs, ensuring high-quality service delivery while adhering to regulatory guidelines and organizational policies. Develop comprehensive program reports, monitor performance metrics, and implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize outcomes. Coordinate training initiatives related to behavioral health practices, social work best practices, and compliance standards for staff development.

Experience



Proven management experience in leading programs within social work or behavioral health settings serving individuals with developmental disabilities. Demonstrated success in program development from inception through evaluation phases. Extensive working knowledge of working directly with people with developmental disabilities and their families. Strong relationship management skills to build partnerships across diverse community organizations and stakeholders. Prior administrative experience including budgeting, staffing supervision, and compliance oversight. Experience supervising teams of professionals in a social work or behavioral health environment. Familiarity with behavioral health practices, social work principles, and relevant regulatory standards is highly desirable. Join us in shaping impactful programs that transform lives! Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.25 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 35 per week
