Responsibilities



Develop, implement, and evaluate programs tailored to meet the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards. Lead and supervise program staff, including social workers, behavioral health specialists, and administrative personnel, fostering a positive team environment focused on professional growth and service excellence. Manage program budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize service quality and operational sustainability. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, community organizations, healthcare providers, and funding agencies to enhance service delivery and program visibility. Oversee daily program operations, including compliance with licensing requirements, documentation standards, and quality assurance protocols. Coordinate training initiatives for staff to stay current on best practices in social work, behavioral health interventions, and working with people with developmental disabilities. Monitor program outcomes through data collection and analysis to continuously improve service effectiveness and client satisfaction. Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and timely, including reporting requirements, record keeping, and policy updates.

Requirements



Proven management experience in leading programs within social services or related fields. Strong background in program development with a focus on services for individuals with developmental disabilities. Extensive experience working directly with people with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs. Exceptional relationship management skills to collaborate effectively with clients, families, community partners, and stakeholders. Demonstrated administrative expertise in budgeting, staffing, compliance monitoring, and documentation processes. Supervisory experience leading diverse teams in fast-paced environments while maintaining high standards of care and professionalism. Knowledge of social work principles, behavioral health practices, and relevant regulatory frameworks governing service provision. Ability to develop strategic plans that promote program growth and sustainability. Excellent communication skills--both written and verbal--that facilitate clear collaboration across teams and external partners. Pay: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
