Hourly Rate: $23.98 | Non-Exempt (FLSA)

Northern Human Services (NHS) is seeking a Program Director to lead person-centered programs supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and acquired brain disorders under the DD and ABD waiver programs.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position, eligible for overtime in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and NHS policy.

What You'll Do:

Oversee daily operations and supervision of program staff Ensure compliance with NHS policies and DD/ABD waiver requirements Supervise and support Program Team Leaders Monitor program budgets and service utilization Hire, train, and evaluate staff Collaborate with clinical teams, service coordinators, and community partners Promote quality, safety, and person-centered outcomes Support staff development and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Leadership experience in human services preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage complex situations and competing priorities Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation & Benefits:
