Duties

Develop, plan, and oversee comprehensive programs tailored to meet the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities. Manage program budgets, resources, and administrative functions to ensure efficient operation and sustainability. Lead, supervise, and support staff members by providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated team. Build and maintain strong relationships with participants, families, community partners, and stakeholders to enhance service delivery. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, organizational policies, and best practices in behavioral health and social work. Coordinate program activities to promote inclusion, independence, and personal growth for participants. Monitor program outcomes through data collection and analysis to continuously improve service quality.

Requirements

Proven management experience with a track record of leading teams in social work or behavioral health settings. Strong background in program development and program management within community or healthcare environments. Experience working directly with people with developmental disabilities or similar populations. Excellent relationship management skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Demonstrated administrative expertise including budgeting, documentation, and compliance oversight. Supervisory experience in supervising staff or direct service providers. Knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices relevant to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
