Program Coordinator / House Manager
Indiana BDS - CIH & FSW
Schedule:
Mon-Fri 9:00 AM-4:00 PM. On-call rotation with management. Weekends included.Overview:
Independently oversee residential and community-based services under
Indiana BDS
, includingCIH and FSW programs
. Must work independently, manage staff, and ensure full regulatory compliance.Responsibilities:
Manage CIH/FSW service delivery per ISPs Oversee daily house operations, safety, and compliance Supervise DSP staff and provide on-call support Complete documentation and incident reporting independently Coordinate with case managers, families, and support teams
Requirements:
2+ years Indiana BDS experience
CIH & FSW experience required
Proven ability to work independently without daily supervision Knowledge of BDS documentation and compliance Valid IN driver's license; pass background checks Must be able to transport clients in your personal vehicle.Preferred:
House Manager or Program Coordinator experience
Pay:
Competitive, based on experienceEOE

Pay: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 per year
