Job Description

St. Louis Children's Hospital has an opportunity for a Program Coordinator to support the Child Health Advocacy & Outreach Team!
This administrative role will focus on handling requests from team members and assist with accounting responsibilities. Experienced working in EXCEL and performing simple calculations is a must.
Monday-Friday, hybrid opportunity with 2 days per week on-site.

Role Purpose


Coordinates and assists in the planning and management of data and databases. Provides performance measurement & analytical support by utilizing data to support decision-making, identification of community needs and program development. Provides specialized resource scheduling and coordination for higher risk clinical services requiring significant knowledge of protocol-defined procedures, regulatory and financial compliance rules.

Responsibilities

Helps design and manage databases to monitor and evaluate programs, utilizing standard data collection tools and definitions.schedules trial or treatment plan formal protocol required tests and procedures, creating specific protocol calendars and flow sheets/templates. Participates in the design, implementation, delivery and oversight of data collection, management and analysis for evaluating programs. Directs and trains staff on use of various data retrieval tools. Directs and trains staff on use of various data retrieval tools. Carries out or supports education in person and/or by telephone, involving effective communication of complex steps. Provides administrative support duties. Maintains confidential files and documentation. Ensures filing and reporting of certain documentation, protocol records, quality control and quality assurance reports and the proper and timely posting of updates to the clinical scheduling systems and databases as needed. Produces standard and special request reports. Coordinates and performs audits to ensure reliability of data. Manipulates data sets, including merging and integrating data files. Completes and submits all required documentation to determine clearance, eligibility and verification documentation as required by specified regulations.
