As a
Program Coordinator
for Esler Companies - Renewal by Andersen you will manage media outreach, PR content, and key programs like Bucketlist, Life Moments, and milestone celebrations. You'll also provide coordination and admin support to the People Team, helping with internal calendars, reports, and cross-functional marketing. It's a blend of creative work and behind-the-scenes organization.

Support various teammate experience programs such as appreciation program, intranet management, work anniversaries, and birthdays.
Process submissions for teammate gifts, philanthropy matching programs, and volunteer hour tracking.
Manage People Team calendars and schedule councils and key activities.
Take ownership of the People Team Outlook mailbox and track follow-ups.
Assist with reporting, approvals, and other administrative tasks.
Draft internal communications related to People Team programs.
Coordinate with cross-functional partners to keep program tasks on track.
Provide general administrative support as needed.

Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
Proven track record of detail-oriented work and follow-through.
Strong organizational skills and familiarity with project coordination.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams, and Word.
Comfort working with data, reporting tools, or dashboards (or willingness to learn quickly).
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and escalate issues when needed.
Experience in an HR, program coordination, or teammate support role preferred.
