Rally Club Seattle is seeking a dedicated, dynamic Programming Coordinator to help run our group mentorship program for teens and tweens. This role will focus on coordinating day to day operations for afterschool and lunchtime locations in Northeast Seattle (Sandpoint/Roosevelt/Greenlake area) while assisting with volunteer management and back-office operations. You will work closely with the Executive Director, with opportunities to expand your skillset with broad exposure to many aspects of running a nonprofit, including fundraising, event planning, and community engagement. The ideal candidate will be strongly committed to our mission, be highly motivated to learn, have excellent interpersonal skills, as well as experience facilitating youth programming. Key Responsibilities:
Program Execution & Coordination:
Deliver, provide input, and evaluate programming that effectively engages participants, and promotes meaningful relationships.
Assist Executive Director to recruit, train, and onboard volunteers, ensuring they are well-prepared to engage with mentees.
Assist in creating and organizing program materials, resources, and frameworks to foster a positive mentorship experience for all participants.
Monitor program outcomes and collect feedback to continuously improve program quality and effectiveness.
Procure materials ensuring all resources are available and adequately stocked.
Prepare snacks and refreshments, promoting a welcoming atmosphere.
Organize field trips and family events that enhance the mentorship experience.
Collaborate with volunteers to plan and execute engaging events that foster relationships among mentees, mentors, and families.
Administrative Duties:
Coordinate volunteer schedules, assignments, and communication to ensure smooth program operations.
Organize regular training sessions and workshops for volunteers to enhance their skills and engagement.
Maintain volunteer records, including hours worked, up-to-date screening and training.
Handle administrative tasks related to program management, such as maintaining databases, managing communications, and organizing documentation.
Work closely with the Executive Director and other team members to fulfill operational needs and improve workflow efficiency.
Prepare reports and documentation regarding program activities and volunteer engagements for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Education, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
Experience in program delivery, teaching, or volunteer coordination, preferably in a nonprofit environment.
An entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to foster collaboration, creativity, and fun among team members and volunteers.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and willingness to learn volunteer management systems or databases.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week
