JOB SUMMARY

The Threat Management Coordinator oversees compliance of threat assessment protocols across the district. Responsibilities include serving as the liaison to the statewide Threat Management Coordinator, implementing policies and procedures to meet federal, state, and local regulations, leading the District Threat Management Team, and providing guidance and technical assistance to schools.

EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in the field of Education, or a related field that aligns with the area of assignment Training or experience in the administration of instructional, instructional support programs, or experience that aligns with the area of assignment Three years' related professional experience in the area of assignment

OR*
Any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the position

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES & REGISTRATIONS

Valid Florida Educator Certification or licensure that aligns with the area of assignment or equivalent leadership training, licensure, or experience as required
