Job Overview


To ensure the long-term leadership strength of The Atrisco Companies, we are recruiting candidates into a

Succession Plan Employee

(SPE)

Program. This 10-12 year career development track is designed for individuals with the potential to grow into Executive-level roles hired by the CEO, including:

Executive Director of Finance CFO COO
and to eventually be a competitive candidate for the position of CEO, to be appointed by the Board of Directors.

Participants will begin as a Coordinator. As the individual progresses through increasingly responsible roles, additional salary and title advancements shall occur to recognize growth and performance milestones met.

Training Rotation Areas:



Financial Reporting / Human Resources/Quality Assurance Operations and Technology/Internal Audit RGEC Coordination Cultural Events (Mariachi Spectacular)*
Marketing and Communications

Responsibilities



Mariachi Spectacular Continuing Activities



Lead and Manage a team of individuals to perform the Operations and Events of MSA 2026

Manage the weeklong Operations of the Conference Events including Conference (Music and Dance); Hall of Fame; La Pasion; Music and Dance Showcase Events; Jam Sessions; Spectacular Concert and Mariachi Mass.

Work with Leadership Team to execute in collaboration all elements of the Conference and Concert Series

Target conference attendee headcount of 800 Music attendees in July 2026

Support Cultural Services Lead in Revenue areas (sponsorships and grants) within MSA including targets of Grants Achieved of $150K from Government sources and $40K from Private Donor sources.

Rio Grande Educational Collaborative (RGEC)



Lead and Manage operations of Grant Based BASP related to Mariachi Academies in schools identified within the grant.

Emphasis on business management including headcount goals, cost control, customer service and payment efforts to musical instructors.

Timely and Accurate compliance with all Grant related requirements including grant submission requests and other administrative requests for data.

Work Alongside Atrisco Management to submit a Mariachi Music After School Club Program through the 21st Century/PED Grant Cycle (February 2026).

Traditional Spanish Market



Provide high-level support for Traditional Spanish Market.

Experience



Demonstrate commitment to a long-term Executive career at The Atrisco Companies o Be willing to rotate through all five areas over a 10-year period o Be willing to engage in a final rotation as an understudy for 1 - 2 years in the Executive Level role targeted o Possess or be actively pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Public Administration, Project Management, or a related field. (A completed Master's degree will be required for final Executive placement.) Additional Expectations: o Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills, willingness to work beyond the standard 40-hour work week, and dynamic, flexible leadership in a rapidly changing environment. o Accept challenging assignments as opportunities for professional and personal growth. o Participate collaboratively and enthusiastically across projects and companies to contribute to Atrisco's overall success. o Reflect the BOOST values on a high level, serving as an example to other members of the Atrisco Community. o Other duties determined necessary by the Executive Management Team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
