This position supports the NSF Facilitating Constructive Engineering Talk (FACET) project by leading activities, managing deliverables, and overseeing evaluation efforts. Responsibilities include coordinating with faculty, designing and implementing training and evaluation, conducting analysis and reporting, and preparing quarterly sponsor updates. The role also involves travel for data collection, with potential opportunities for national presentations and professional development. While FACET is not a brand-new program, this position is central to the project's iterative piloting process-testing strategies, assessing what worked and what didn't, refining approaches, and re-testing to ensure continuous improvement. The position reports directly to the project PI(s).
This position is .50 FTE, 20 hours per week.
