4-H is America's largest youth development organization; giving kids a voice to express who they are and how they make their lives and communities better. 4-H provides experiences where young people learn by doing.
As a Program Coordinator I, you will:

  • Coordinate learning and evaluation deliverables for the National 4-H Common Measures Project and the National 4-H Scaling PYD Project.
  • Coordinate land grant universities who are engaged in national studies and delivering Health Rocks programming.
  • Serve as a liaison between youth development professionals from other land grant universities and National 4-H Council partners engaged in grant funded evaluation, training and program delivery.
  • Perform deliverables management, coordinate with other faculty members.
  • Complete program training and evaluation design, analysis and reporting, and preparing quarterly updates to the donor.
  • Build and engage in collaborative relationships with youth development professionals from other Land Grant Universities and partners National 4-H Council.
There is potential for travel for national presentations and professional development.

Minimum Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree plus one year relevant experience in program management, positive youth development or education.
  • Ability to coordinate a complex project with multiple stakeholders and meet time sensitive deliverables.
  • Experience with data or information management using web-based platforms.
  • Strong organizational and verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
The following qualifications are preferred, but not required:
  • Experience conducting, analyzing, and reporting evaluation studies in non-formal educational settings.
  • Experience developing and delivering professional training experiences.
  • Knowledge of the current literature regarding Positive Youth Development.
  • Experience using Qualtrics and Canva or similar programs.
