Key Responsibilities
Support EIDBI Program Implementation: Collaborate with team members to implement and evaluate EIDBI programs tailored to the developmental and behavioral needs of individuals with neurodiverse conditions, using evidence-based approaches like DIR/Floortime.
Coordinate Daily Operations: Manage day-to-day tasks, including scheduling EIDBI services to align with client availability, handling referral follow-ups, assisting with hiring paperwork, and tracking training to ensure smooth program delivery.
Facilitate Flexible Scheduling: Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate last-minute changes, working with staff and partners to secure coverage and ensure uninterrupted service delivery for clients.
Ensure Compliance and Quality: Partner with team members to maintain adherence to Minnesota EIDBI regulations, organizational policies, training requirements, and documentation standards, including accurate record-keeping and progress reporting.
Foster Staff Collaboration: Work closely with EIDBI program staff to support professional development and ensure high-quality, child-led, and family-centered interventions.
Build and Maintain Partnerships: Collaborate with families, caregivers, social work professionals, and community organizations to support participant goals and enhance program engagement.
Qualifications
Healthcare Program Experience: Experience supporting programs for individuals with developmental and behavioral conditions.
Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to coordinate scheduling, including aligning services with client schedules and adapting to last-minute changes, manage referral follow-ups, assist with hiring processes, track training, and ensure compliance with EIDBI standards.
Collaboration and Partnership: Ability to work effectively with staff, families, caregivers, and community partners to support EIDBI goals and participant outcomes.
Relationship Management: Strong skills in engaging families, caregivers, and community partners to foster program engagement and participant success.
Preferred Background: Familiarity with DIR/Floortime, social work, or behavioral health is a plus but not required.
