AmeriServe International provides supported community living and day habilitation services for individuals with intellectual disabilities. As a Program Coordinator, you will supervise Client Service Coordinators (CSCs) and team members who support individuals with intellectual disabilities. Your leadership ensures services are delivered with quality, consistency, and compassion. While direct support may sometimes be required due to staffing or scheduled PTO for team members, your primary focus is guiding staff, maintaining state and Ameriserve compliance, and fostering independence and community integration for those we serve. Think of the Program Coordinator as the glue that holds it all together; they are the coach and the cheerleader. At AmeriServe, we believe in making lives better tomorrow by what is done today, and if that mission speaks to you, this could be the perfect position to turn your passion into purpose.
