The Program Coordinator plays a central role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered services. This role assists in the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs that reflect and advance the agency's mission and goals. This role also involves coordinating individualized supports, maintaining compliance with regulations, and fostering productive relationships with all stakeholders involved. Ultimately, the Program Coordinator contributes to the continuous improvement of programs, ensuring they are responsive to community needs and achieve meaningful outcomes.
Ideal candidates will be organized, dependable, and dedicated to advancing opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the planning and implementation of individualized support services.
Ensure program compliance with state regulations and agency standards.
Maintain accurate documentation, service plans, and progress reports.
Collaborate with staff to ensure high-quality care and client satisfaction.
Communicate effectively and compassionately with all stakeholders.
Build and maintain collaborative relationships with all stakeholders involved.
Engage with staff, participants, and community partners to promote collaboration and enhance the overall impact of programs.
Participate in agency meetings and quality assurance efforts.
Support data tracking, reporting, and performance evaluation activities.
Work collaboratively with team members to create and enhance program materials and resources.
Minimum Qualifications
Education & Experience:
Associates/Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Public Health, or related field (required).
At least 2 years of experience working with Developmental Disabilities Administration (required).
At least 2 years of experience in case management, program management or related area (required)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with diverse populations
Experience in service coordination or similar program support roles.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple priorities effectively.
Knowledge of developmental disability systems and person-centered approaches.
