JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in recreation and aquatic programming; supervisory experience preferred; valid Virginia driver's license; First Aid & CPR certification; additional certifications may be required; experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe, Publisher, and CivicRec software; knowledge of recreation and aquatic program planning and safety; basic understanding of risk management; experience supervising staff and volunteers; strong communication and customer service skills.
