Hours:

Up to 40 hours per week. Working hours are between 12-8:30pm Monday-Thursday, Fridays 3-7pm, and Saturdays 9-3pm.

The Program Coordinator's typical day includes, but is not limited to:

Managing the front office, welcoming students/families, answering phones/emails/texts, etc. Creating and maintaining student and teacher schedules. Addressing payments, invoicing, and payroll tracking. Owning administrative duties and office organization. Supporting marketing efforts to grow the center. Overseeing the student experience. Teaching students.

For success, the Program Coordinator must have:

A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required. 1-3 years of administrative, customer service, and/or education experience. Must love working with kids and tutoring students in multiple grade levels. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills. Outstanding customer service and ability to build relationships.
