The Maryland Coastal Bays Program (MCBP) is seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a

Grants & Reporting Coordinator

. This critical position will be responsible for managing Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) reporting requirements, writing and maintaining grants, and supporting the mission of preserving and restoring the health of Maryland's coastal bay ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead preparation and timely submission of all EPA-related reporting materials. Research, write, and manage grant applications and related documentation. Track grant compliance, deadlines, deliverables, and budgets. Work collaboratively with MCBP staff, partner agencies, and community organizations. Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholder groups including government agencies, nonprofits, and the public.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Excellent writing and editing abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with EPA or federal grant reporting processes. Background in environmental science, nonprofit management, or a related field.
This is a full-time position based in Berlin, Maryland. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.
