Job Title: Program Analyst I Overview: Mayvin\xc2\xae is currently seeking a Program Analyst I who will conduct processes and procedures as required to support the Management Services Division (Property Rental Team) of the United States Marshals Service. Must be a U.S. Citizen Must be able to pass a background check Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Interpret and advise Government and contractor personnel on policies, procedures, and practices relating to Government contract property, including sensitive property. \xc2\xb7 Produce detailed reports pertaining to property management system analyses. \xc2\xb7 Monitor lease transactions and documents for procurement and financial accuracy. \xc2\xb7 Ability to interpret issues related to the real estate program. \xc2\xb7 Analyze and interpret data to identify more efficient and effective methods for accomplishing program objectives pursuant to statutes and policies. \xc2\xb7 Review and comprehend data and make recommendations to resolve problems/issues. \xc2\xb7 Prepare reports that provide statistical analyses and narratives, such as the assignment of property leases. \xc2\xb7 Compose and review briefings, reports, and other types of correspondence for accuracy, continuity, and content. \xc2\xb7 Brief management on recommended solutions to program-related issues. \xc2\xb7 Ability to maintain databases to ensure accuracy \xc2\xb7 Maintain necessary records to indicate the status of leased properties. \xc2\xb7 Assist in establishing administrative procedures for specific programs (i.e., rent management, financial management). \xc2\xb7 Coordinate with managers and employees to identify and resolve program-related issues. \xc2\xb7 Review new policies, procedures, directives, etc., to evaluate their impact on the program. \xc2\xb7 Provide recommendations to management on procurements to ensure compliance with established regulations. \xc2\xb7 Review and analyze documents submitted for completeness and accuracy. This may entail a review of various invoices and financial documents. \xc2\xb7 Work in groups/teams on special projects to accomplish program goals. \xc2\xb7 Communicate via telephone and/or e-mail with high-level officials throughout the agency and District offices, as well as other contract affiliates. Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s Degree \xc2\xb7 At least one year of experience with property management/leasing. Prior Government agencies-property management/leasing experience, is preferred. \xc2\xb7 Superior time management, organization, and prioritization skills. \xc2\xb7 Communicate via telephone and/or e-mail with high-level officials throughout the agency and District offices and other contract affiliates. \xc2\xb7 Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions. \xc2\xb7 Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to change. \xc2\xb7 Ability to embrace new systems and process enhancements. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits:
