Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

:

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; an equivalent combination of education, training, or relevant work experience will be considered. Previous customer service experience required; experience in the health and wellness industry is strongly preferred. Proficient in Microsoft applications with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently under pressure. Strong communication, listening, interpretive, and organizational skills, along with creative thinking to enhance guest experiences and support team problem-solving. Personable, guest-focused, and aligned with the Canyon Ranch philosophy; able to work 8.5-hour shifts with flexible scheduling between 7:30 AM and 9:00 PM, including weekends.

PAY RANGE:

Training Rate: $20.00 - $20.80
Post Training Rate: $22 - $22.88
