PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR - Nursing Education
Seeking a highly qualified
Program Administrator
to lead our Practical Nursing and LPN-to-RN programs. This position ensures full compliance withOhio Board of Nursing (OAC 4723-5)
andOSBCCS
regulations.Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all academic operations for PN & LPN-to-RN programs Maintain compliance with OBN & OSBCCS rules Supervise and evaluate nursing faculty and instructional staff Oversee curriculum, course schedules, and clinical partnerships Support student progression, retention, and graduation outcomes Maintain required faculty, student, and program documentation
Minimum Qualifications (OBN Required)
? Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN)
? Active, unencumbered Ohio RN license
? 5 years nursing practice experience
? 2 years nursing teaching experience
? Teaching AND administrative experience
Preferred Skills
Strong leadership and communication Experience directing nursing programs Knowledge of Ohio nursing education standards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $53.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
