Job Summary
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the implementation, customization, and optimization of the organization's Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system and related applications related to the 501As. Focuses on building infrastructure to improve revenue cycle workflows, streamline operational processes, and ensure full integration across clinical, administrative, and financial systems. Collaborates with clinical leaders, operational teams, IT, and vendors to design solutions that enhance data integrity, maximize reimbursement, and support efficient patient care delivery. Leverages data analytics to drive informed decision-making, identify trends, and monitor operational and financial performance.

Work Experience
Five years of progressive experience in healthcare IT, of which two years should be dedicated to EMR implementation, optimization, or system integration is required. Prior leadership or supervisory experience is preferred. Strong experience with EMR systems (Cerner, eCW, Athena or similar) is highly preferred.
License/Registration/Certification
Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS) or Certified Professional in Health Informatics (CPHI) is preferred.
Education and Training
Bachelor degree in Health Information Management, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or related field is required.
