Executive Chef Gary LaMothe leads a culinary program that values exceptional ingredients sourced locally and abroad, and awe-inspiring techniques to deliver an authentic wonderful breakfast experience.
Job Overview: Providing an elevated dining experience through polished presentation, be detailed oriented, and delivering exceptional hospitality.
General Responsibilities: Greet guests and provide information regarding the restaurant | Explain menu items and answer questions regarding selections | Full fill guest requests in a timely and elegant manner | Maintain a clean and organized table for the guest
Skills Must be well suited for a fast paced environment | Strong verbal communication and customer service skills | Broad understanding of food preparations, cuts of meat, and food allergens |
Must be available to work weekends & Holidays
