Responsibilities

Provide detailed/scripted buyer and/or seller consultations Diligently follow up with the leads that are provided by the team Work with qualified buyers or sellers Consult with prospective buyers/sellers in order to help them achieve their Real Estate goals Negotiate contracts, inspections, and other critical details Effectively work in a team environment that's built on our Mission Statement and Core Values Cultivate and build Client Relationships for Life 6+ months of training provided Shadowing and Mentoring provided On the job training provided
Qualifications

A Real Estate license is required. Don't have one? We can help! Outstanding customer service skills are a must Must possess excellent Sales and Marketing skills in order to sell effectively Embrace and adhere to the mission statement and core values of our company Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking ability, creativity required A passion for serving clients and helping those clients achieve their Real Estate goals Effectively work with operations to ensure top-level service for clients Must possess excellent listening skills and empathy for others
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
