We are seeking a talented and dynamic Professional Photographer/Videographer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality images and videos that align with our brand vision and storytelling objectives. Your expertise in photography, videography, and post-production will play a vital role in creating compelling visual content for various platforms, including social media, marketing campaigns, and client projects. The ideal candidate is passionate about visual arts, possesses technical proficiency with industry-standard tools, and demonstrates a keen eye for detail and artistic expression.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute photoshoots and video shoots across diverse settings, ensuring optimal lighting, composition, and technical quality. Operate professional camera equipment for filming and photography sessions, including DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, and video cameras. Edit and manipulate photos using Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, and other editing software to enhance visual appeal while maintaining color accuracy through effective color management. Conduct post-production editing of videos utilizing Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software to produce polished final products. Apply principles of color theory to achieve desired aesthetic effects and ensure consistency across all visual content. Collaborate with art directors, marketing teams, and clients to develop creative concepts that meet project objectives. Manage social media content creation by producing engaging visuals that increase audience engagement. Maintain organized archives of digital assets and ensure proper storage of high-resolution images and videos. Stay updated on industry trends, new techniques, and emerging technologies to continually improve the quality of visual output. Assist in developing branding guidelines related to photography and videography standards. Support sales efforts by creating compelling visual presentations that showcase products or services effectively.

Qualifications

Proven experience in professional photography and videography with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse projects. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications including Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro; familiarity with Capture One is a plus. Skilled in photo editing, photo manipulation, art direction, and color management techniques. Experience with filming and video production workflows from pre-production planning through post-production editing. Knowledge of color theory principles to enhance visual storytelling. Strong understanding of social media management to tailor content for various platforms. Excellent technical skills with camera equipment as well as lighting setups. Ability to work independently or collaboratively in fast-paced environments while meeting deadlines. Strong communication skills to effectively articulate creative ideas and technical details.
