Qualifications

Active Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in the State of South Carolina -- or ability to obtain one within 1 month of hire

.

Experience in single-family residential surveying, including subdivision plats, boundary, and topographic surveys. Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, GPS, total stations, and data collectors. Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
