About the Role
Professional Organizers at LSO do more than just "put things in pretty boxes." We are planners, problem-solvers, and partners in transformation. Our clients trust us to complete their projects on time, on budget, and with attention to every detail. We often work in cluttered or challenging spaces--with a smile and a sense of purpose.
All new hires begin as
Assistant Organizers
, with the opportunity to grow into
Lead Organizer
roles.
Assistant Organizer Responsibilities
Support the Lead Organizer during client sessions
Sort, declutter, and organize items
Move items (including boxes, bags, bins)
Occasionally transport donation items
Communicate effectively with Leads and Supervisors
Lead Organizer Responsibilities
(in addition to the above)
Serve as project manager for client sessions
Create and oversee organizing plans
Use project management software for tracking and documentation
Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal team
Ensure projects are completed efficiently and with care
What You Need
Reside in or near Raleigh, NC (must be able to travel up to 30+ miles as needed)
A reliable smartphone and the ability to use multiple apps
Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. repeatedly, including up/down stairs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of home organizing and space planning
Comfortable assembling furniture (or willing to learn)
