Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, including residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Cleaner will ensure that all areas are cleaned to a high standard for our clients.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning tasks. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment malfunctions. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment while using cleaning chemicals and equipment. Collaborate with housekeeping management to uphold company standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

Experience

Previous experience in residential cleaning or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is advantageous. Experience in custodial roles or hotel housekeeping is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
