Duties

Evaluate client applications by collecting necessary financial and personal information to determine eligibility for bail bonds Explain bond terms, contractual obligations, and legal procedures clearly to clients, ensuring full understanding Process bail bond paperwork accurately, including contracts, TILA disclosures (Truth in Lending Act), and other legal documents Secure collateral or co-signers when required, maintaining detailed records of all transactions Monitor client compliance with bond conditions through regular communication and follow-up Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and court officials to facilitate client releases and ensure adherence to legal protocols Utilize financial software and perform basic math calculations to assess risk, calculate premiums, and process payments efficiently

Experience

Knowledge of TILA regulations ensures compliance with federal lending laws during bond transactions Proficiency in using financial software systems for processing applications and maintaining accurate records is essential Strong math skills, including 10-key typing proficiency, are necessary for precise calculations related to premiums, collateral values, and risk assessments Excellent communication skills combined with a detail-oriented mindset will enable you to explain complex legal terms clearly while ensuring accuracy in all documentation
