Sierra Glass, a glass manufacturing facility, is looking for a production/fabricator worker with a positive attitude. We need a team player who is self-motivated, punctual and reliable. Must be a problem solver and not afraid of hard work. $21 per hour starting. SIGN-ON BONUS: $1,000 after 6 months of employment. Accrue up to two weeks of combined vacation and sick time your first year! Job Summary:
This is a full-time position within a rapidly growing company. Employees work in a fast paced and process driven environment, where one must be detail oriented, organized, and ready to meet the challenges of the day. We want someone who wants to learn all aspects of our operations as well as help us grow into a world class manufacturer. Production/Fabricator are responsible for:

• Following direction from Supervisors and Leads.

• Basic understanding of all company policies and procedures.

• Maintaining minimum productivity requirements.

• Proper use of PPE.

• Reading a tape measure to an accuracy of 1/16th of an inch.

• Maintaining the 5s standard each day.

• Able to troubleshot and maintain basic equipment functions.

• Utilizing each days production report with a high degree of accuracy.

• Clear communication with other departments.

Physical Requirements:

• Lifting up to 50 pounds or more.

• Frequent bending, squatting, pushing and pulling.

• Standing and walking for up to 10+hours.

Scheduling

• Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday with a 5:45 am or 6:45 am start time (depending on department)

• Shift conclusion is based on the demands of each day\xe2\x80\x99s workload.

• 1hr lunch.
