$13.50/hour Monday-Friday,


1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)



About the Role


We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our production/disassembly team. This is a hands-on position that involves working with power tools, hydraulic equipment, and heavy materials. If you're dependable, safety-conscious, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.



Job Duties


Disassemble smaller transformers


Remove and drain oil from units


Remove coils from transformers


Operate small hydraulic press and hydraulic shears


Use power tools for disassembly tasks


Lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly


Maintain a clean and safe work area


Provide and use your own basic hand tools


PPE & Dress Code


Steel toe shoes, jeans/work pants, long sleeve shirt



Required:


(You will get dirty -- bring an extra change of clothes)


Uniform



Provided after 2 weeks:


Hard hat and other PPE



Provided on site:


Jewelry of any kind



Not permitted:


Breaks


One 20-minute break



One 30-minute lunch break
